When you sign up to receive a service from any Luxury Excellence website including but not limited to; Mortgages, rentals, sales, sales progression, property management, commercial property and competitions – we may ask for personal information about you. The personal information can consist of information such as your name, email address, postal address, telephone or mobile number or date of birth. Different web pages may ask for different personal information. By entering your details in the fields requested, you enable Luxury Excellence and its service providers to provide you with the services you select. Please note that sometimes on the web pages we will require you to provide additional personal information, and at times this may be sensitive information. Luxury Excellence collects your data so that we can: Process your request and manage your account. Email you with special offers on other products and services we think you might like. In relation to the functioning of any service, you have signed up for in order to ensure that Luxury Excellence can deliver the best service to you. To invite you to participate in surveys about Luxury Excellence services (participation is always voluntary) For marketing purposes which you have specifically agreed to. (Local pages will give you detailed information about how Luxury Excellence will contact you in relation to specific services). Luxury Excellence will keep your information confidential except where disclosure is required or permitted by law (for example to government bodies and law enforcement agencies). We will only use your information within Luxury Excellence, however, Luxury Excellence may use a third-party to process your information. Luxury Excellence will hold your personal information on our systems for as long as is necessary for the relevant service, or relevant contract you hold with Luxury Excellence corporate retention schedule (this is a database that defines which documents should be kept and for how long). When you contribute your information to the Luxury Excellence website we will generally only keep this for as long as is reasonably required for the purpose for which it was submitted. Access to our servers is on a needs-only basis for employees. We take stringent preventative measures to keep your data safe, including 2FA and encryption.
Marketing
Luxury Excellence would like to send you information about products and services of ours that we think you might like, as well as those of our partner companies. If you have agreed to receive marketing, you may always opt-out at a later date. You have the right at any time to stop Luxury Excellence from contacting you for marketing purposes or giving your data to other members of the Luxury Excellence.
